For 35 years, we’ve created award-winning campaigns for history’s biggest pop-culture moments, applying our strategic thinking and creative execution to a wide range of industries and clients, across every platform. 

And while we’re built for fully-integrated campaigns, our structure allows us to form custom teams for any assignment and move at speeds impossible at more traditional agencies. The result? We deliver breakthrough ideas with world-class creative that moves people to action. Or, as we like to say: We make waves.

Diverse Voices Make Us Stronger

We’re on a mission to create teams reflective of the real world at all levels of our company. Women and BIPOC people now comprise 46% and 27% of our senior leadership roles.

We also seek new voices with college and high school internships, employ up-and-coming female and BIPOC talent on productions via our Double The Line initiative, ensure equitable pay and advancement, and stay committed to listening deeply to our people, exploring new solutions and adapting when needed.

Engaging In The World Gives Us Purpose

Our purpose is more than just what we do in advertising. It’s also the good we do in the world. For three decades, we’ve proudly supported and partnered with numerous nonprofits that give back to our Los Angeles communities, mentor emerging talent in our industry, and help create pathways for people to create, including some starting their careers at MOCEAN.
