Mocean appoints Ryan Bucci to brand CCO and Laura Likos to brand president

Mocean has promoted Ryan Bucci to CCO, brand and has welcomed Laura Likos as president, brand.

Bucci returned to the independent agency in 2025 as head of creative, having previously worked as creative director on contract from February to October 2021. Likos joins from 72andSunny LA, where she served as its CEO and MD from June 2022 to July 2024. Just before Mocean, she worked with various independent agencies through her own consultancy, Microwave Nachos.

Alongside the new hire and promotion, Mocean unveiled its new operating model, See Change. The operating model unites both the agency itself and its studio across five core practices: Strategy & Creative, Social & Community, Content Studio, Design Studio, and Post Studio. Overall, the flow of work remains in one system.
