    The Challenge

    Teaming up with CNN to create the WE LOVE NYC concert event campaign, highlighting some of the biggest names in music hitting the stages of Central Park in celebration of NYC, was definitely something to cheer for. Over the course of a fast-paced four weeks leading up to the concert, we developed a robust design and editorial solution that promoted of the event without using any actual musical footage from any of the acts.

    Our Approach

    Rhythmic design and animation paired with percussive music got the energy up from the start, in our initial :15 Tease Spot. From there, we expanded the look and feel into a series of :30s, :15 cutdowns, :05 bite sized spots, as well as static digital banners to spread the word. While the initial tease solely utilized graphics and stock imagery, the subsequent :30s and :15s allowed us to create cohesive yet custom- ized animations for each of the musical artists. The modular nature of the copy cards, artist animations and end card messaging shared the stage for smooth rollout of a robust campaign in a limited timeframe.
