    As the television world celebrated its biggest night, Netflix celebrated its diverse cast of talented female leads with “She Rules.”

    mOcean worked with Netflix to create a spot that stole the show, focusing on the stories, strength and humor of women from Buckingham Palace to Hell’s Kitchen.
